BRIKCOIN fixes rents to affordable housing levels set by the United Kingdom’s Central Government, agrees and signs a Local Council parental guarantee. The Local Council then has full nomination rights to set rental levels and tenant allocation across all of the accommodation in the housing scheme. The leases are between the council nominated tenants and BRIKCOIN, who are a private landlord, and therefore are not subject to ‘right-to-buy’.

BRIKCOIN having increased the housing scheme’s covenant strength by signing an investment grade lease guarantee with the Local Council, then sells the 50-year fixed income rental stream to Private-sector financial institutions (e.g. pension funds).
